When we look at something fractal it can calm our nervous system up to 60 percent. Therefor this painting definitely brings joy and calm to the viewer.

This painting is a Still Life immersed with the power of fractal clouds and ferns and a pinecone and pink Hibiscus, representing the beauty of Fibonacci mathematics. It is in a vase sitting in a pool of water (silver leaf). The cloud is raining or crying into the pool of water and spilling off the table. As an artist I am obsessed with the idea of bringing the viewer of my art peace and hope. When I learned that looking at Fractals in nature actually calms our nervous system I wanted to integrate this into my work. Fibonacci was a 15th Century Italian Mathematician, he grew up in Algeria and brought the decimal point to the Western world. He contemplated what is beautiful to visualize. Thus Fibonacci's Golden Rectangle, and spiral power.

I understand that looking at original art makes us live longer. What might happen to us if that art was infiltrated with Fractal Calm and the power of Fibonacci's ideas.
