Italian Hand Embroidered Tablecloth 1970's

When I'm in Italy a favorite pastime is to go to the outdoor market below the park in our city, the girls go looking for vintage clothes and I head straight for the heeps of old linens to look for amazing special ones

Beautiful, colorful Italian hand embroidered tablecloth from the 1970's. This tablecloth has simple playful floral and vine pattern hand stitched on to the cloth and with special mesh stitching between the sections of cloth. It is in excellent condition with just one yellow mark that is so light the camera couldn't pick it up.
Dimensions: 64 " Wide x 94 " Long

It could be lovely thrown over a couch or even bed or to be used as a table cloth. Made of thin white cotton and colors of pink, dark blue, sage green and yellow. This cloth makes the viewer feel happy bringing us back to a time when meals are prepared with affection and family and friends are all around the table together.
