Orders ship with in 3 to 6 business days. Items are shipped from St. Helena, California and a 8.00% sales tax is added for California Residents.  We make every effort to pack and ship your order with care and prompt expedition.

Due to the fact that items are vintage or handmade and therefor one of a kind and some pieces are shipped to our St. Helena, Ca location from Italy at big expense, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.  If an item is damaged in shipping and a replacement (to your contentment) is not possible, we will issue a full refund.


Our Shipping and Handling rates are as listed when you add your items into your cart.  Some special or high end design ship for free and are listed as such. For International orders please email us at settedesign7@gmail.com.  Then you will be quoted a price for your location.  If you would like to make a purchase at that time, you will be billed for your order cost via a Paypal or Stripe Invoice.  Orders are shipped once the payment has been recieved.  Payments can be made by Stripe, PayPal, credit card or personal check, money order.  Orders ship once payment has cleared.

All orders and credit card information is accepted in a secure environment.  Sette Design uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encyption, widely accepted as the most secure technology available.
